The main challenge was to articulate a 360° communication strategy that would make their value proposition tangible. This was coupled with the challenge of supporting their transition from Mind Facilities to Mind Proptech, projecting a cohesive, solid, and competitive image in new markets like Miami, Puerto Rico, and Dubai. The complexity increased by managing multiple audiences - corporate clients, investors, and institutional stakeholders -.
